Clinical Pharmacology Trials (Healthy and Non-CNS Populations)
The Thievon-Wright network includes clinical pharmacology clinics, focused on conducting simple and highly-complex trials in healthy subjects and in non-CNS populations. Many of our long-standing clients, particularly those responsible for clinical pharmacology trials, requested that we expand into other therapeutic areas and we have met that demand.
Our site capabilities and experience involve studies in a wide variety of therapeutic indications including, but not limited to Diabetes, Hepatitis, HIV, Pain (acute and chronic), Addictions, Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Dermatology and Cardiovascular Disorders. Our capabilities also include pediatric and adolescent populations. As the network continues to diversify, we will continue to add other special populations to our databases.
Our Clinical Pharmacology trials have varied in complexity and have included Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD), Food Effect, Bioequivalence, Thorough QT/QTc (TQT), Polysomnography (PSG), Electroencephalography (EEG), Positron Emission Tomography (PET), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Serial and Continuous Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF/cCSF) Sampling, and Asian Bridging.
